Refund policy

HURT LAB PTY LTD REFUND POLICY

if you do have a change of mind on your items you are welcome to return it to us within 15 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note.

We do not return or exchange worn items. 

We check the items upon receiving before sending out a credit note

We are only able to offer a refund in that timeframe if an item is faulty or not up to standard and you do not want a replacement - if this does occur please email us immediately an image of the fault and/or the reason of wanting a refund along with your order number & packing slip included in your package to: wearhurt@hurtlab.com.au 

The item/s must be in original condition - must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. 

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note. 

 We have the right to refuse returns if they do not comply.

We do not refund shipping costs nor the costs to return items unless faulty - please take this into consideration before purchasing.
